Phebus is the brainchild of Mr. Sunil Duggal and Mrs. Rajagopal Geetha. It was just over a cup of coffee that they had a conversation regarding PEOPLE as being one of the most important asset of an organization! And thus the thought of Lighting Up the Right Talent with Phebus’ incorporation was ignited in 2019.

Monika is a talented and motivational Finance & Accounting Professional with more than 25 years’ experience in the industry. She is a Chartered Accountant and Chartered Financial Analyst (USA) specializing in Financial Accounting, Management Accounting, Corporate Finance, Corporate Tax Planning, Financial Reporting and Analysis, Investment analysis, Portfolio Management, Training and Supervision. As an academician she has been associated with various colleges and as a professional provides guidance to CA firms on the recent practices.
Currently she is associated with Phebus HR Advisory Services as a Financial Advisor and provides guidance on Financial Forecasting, MIS & Reporting, balance sheet analysis and Tax. Monika is also engaged in conducting training sessions for non- finance professionals on finance. Apart from this she is also supporting NGOs as a volunteer.
